Hywel Griffith takes on gala!

This year, Hywel Griffith was our head chef for our annual Food Gala at Coleg Menai.

Hywel has won several awards for his kitchen skills and by now, he is head chef at Beach House restaurant in Oxwich Bay.

To assist Hywel came Coleg Menai’s catering students to show off their skills, too! The group got busy decorating the room and a wonderful, fun-filled feast was had!
