GŴYL FWYD CAERNARFON FOOD FESTIVAL EVENTS

To hold a completely free festival in May, a timetable of food and drink themed fundraising events has been put together by the festival committee to raise up to £20,000.

The first event in the fundraising effort is the One Pot Cook-off at 7.30pm on Friday, October 19 at Feed My Lambs.

To add a bit of variety to the festival’s popular cookery competitions, they’re introducing a new twist! The challenge this year is to cook a one-pot meal – no accompaniments, just one pot. It could be a stew, a hearty broth, a Goulash, a casserole – or even a curry!

The diners are the judges, and the winner walks home with £50. To compete, email gwylfwydcaernarfon@gmail.com before September 30th.
