Gŵyl Fwyd Caernarfon Food Festival calls for volunteers of all ages.

FEB 20, 2018 - CATRINSIRIOL

Gŵyl Fwyd Caernarfon food festival has become yearly highlight for some with over 15,000 visitors decending on the town from near and far to celebrate local produce and delicious foods. If you’d like to be a part of this year’s festival, on Saturday, the 12th of May 2018, what about volunteering?

The organisers, who are also volunteers, are looking for over 100 people to help out for an hour or two on the big day. Collecting money in buckets, distributing programmes and pointing visitors in the right direction – everyone’s welcome to take part!

Even though it’s not possible to promise a sunny day, we can promise that the atmosphere will be leisurley and fun. With the festival expanding to more areas within the town, including Victoria Dock and Porth yr Aur, this is your perfect opportunity to be a part of the town’s exciting developments.

If only for an hour or two, here is a chance for individuals, groups of families and friends to be a part of one of the highlights of the spring. For more information, or to express an interest, e-mail katherineowen71@yahoo.co.uk

Don’t want to volunteer? What about attending one of these fund raising events:
