Caernarfon Food Festival is pleased to present the latest session in our series of digital events, a chance to cook together live on Saturday January 30th. Nici Beech is chair of the festival and she and her partner, Alun Cob, share a common passion for cooking. They will both lead the cooking with Menna Thomas facilitating the session over Zoom. You can cookalong by watching live at 6 pm on the festival's AM and youtube channels, with the chance to follow everything and interact by watching on our Facebook page. Welsh learners are especially welcome. You are most welcome to join in and cook the whole meal or just parts of the meal and the ingredients are listed below. The session will start at 6 o'clock with the meal ready to eat before 7 o'clock. The ingredients below are for 2 people but please feel free to double up to make a meal for 4.
