Greek Recipes with Lisa Jên of 9 Bach
08.07.20Lisa Jên, of the band 9 Bach is a fantastic home cook, and loves to visit Greece on holiday. Since neither she, nor any of us can go to Greece this summer, she thought people would appreciate being able to recreate some of the classics of Greek food at home. With the help of her family she has prepared a feast and has shared the recipes with us. There are no measurements in the ingredients - Lisa cooks by instinct, and she encourages us to do the same, tasting our way through the process. She is also passionate about supporting local producers and has made Tzatziki using Cosyn Cymru, oghurt, potatoes from Tyddyn Teg and Perllanau Afallon inegar.
