Ifan Tudur, a member of the Caernarfon Food Festival's organizing committee, talks to chef Matt Guy over Zoom in the first of our series of digital events. Matt, one of the chefs at our first festival, prepares Asian Beef, Koftas, Ragu and BBQ glazed beef using Welsh Luing Beef while discussing his career highs and lows, the future of the catering industry and the experience of having a baby on the first day of lockdown!
